  • The CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) collection of CD-ROMS. They are shelved with the CDs
  • Reading room and individual booths
  • A reader workstation PC to access SOLO catalogue and internet (as used in the Bodleian Libraries)
  • Four CD-DVD players in the booths
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Drinks machine and water dispensers are available on each floor of the Language Centre

There is a photocopying service available for published material, provided the publisher has signed an agreement with the CLA. Users must fill in a Photocopy Declaration Form if subtantial copying is being done and give it to Library staff. Photocopies are 5p per A4 sheet, 10p per A4 double-sided sheet. Receipts can be given.

Scanning is available for free. Both photocopying and scanning are not self-service

The Language Centre has a wi-fi connection. 

Please note that it is not possible to print at the moment and that photocopying and scanning are done under supervision from library staff.
